SYNOPSIS:
This course focuses on the effective uses of private investigators
and other specialists to make or break a civil or criminal case.
It is a real "hands-on", "how to do it" course
that bridges a longstanding gap for many attorneys, prosecutors
and investigators. The diverse faculty of outstanding judges, prosecutors,
lawyers, professors and investigative specialists address issues
from their particular perspectives, giving attendees a broad overview
of the benefits to be had from interacting with the various disciplines
within our system of justice. The value of this course can hardly
be overstated. "They really never taught us about this in law
school" was the most frequently heard comment among lawyers
who took the course last October. Another comment made by many attendees
was "We need more continuing ed courses like this - ones that
provide real answers to real problems, not just theory." This
course applies an overlay of empirical knowledge to principles taught
in law schools and criminal justice academies, and demonstrates
how the attorney-private investigator-client relationship works
in everyday practice. This is truly a one-of-a-kind, very special
seminar - don't miss it. To enroll call 713-222-0494 or 1-800-392-4641.
